Remote by design
Forage AI has been fully distributed since its early days, so remote work here is a practised discipline rather than an afterthought. You join with the tools already in place, a buddy to guide your first weeks, and a team that stays close across time zones.
In person, by intention
Remote does not mean distant. Quarterly Workations bring regional teams together for a few focused days of planning, building and celebrating, and once a year the company Offsite gathers every Forager for the better part of a week. Travel and stay are arranged for you.
